Who we are

Hex Fox Ltd is a UK limited company with its registered office at The Old Bakery 90 Camden Road, Camden Road, Tunbridge Wells, England, TN1 2QP. We are the data controller for personal data you send us through this website.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (if given) and message.
• Technical data: IP addresses and request logs, processed by our hosting provider for security and performance.
• Analytics, only if you accept: pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, approximate country, and clicks on the page.

This website does not set cookies. Your analytics choice is kept in your browser's local storage. If you accept analytics, PostHog also keeps an anonymous visitor identifier there.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU. Its script is not downloaded and nothing is sent until you accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a refusal and do not ask.

Legal basis

• Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time above.
• Contact enquiries: legitimate interest in replying to you.
• Technical data: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Who processes it

We do not sell or rent your personal data. These processors handle it on our behalf:

• PostHog (EU hosting): analytics, only if you accept.
• Formspree (United States): receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and processes request data to serve and protect it.
• Google Workspace: our email provider.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Contact enquiries: three years from our last contact with you.
• Security logs: 90 days.
• Analytics: up to 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Use the details on the contact page.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
